Currently a freelance Character Artist, William has recently been a Senior UE4 Character Surfacer at BRON digital on the show "Gossamer", completed an NFT collection "LUCKY BUNNY CLUB" and worked at Plastic Wax on multiple projects. William's career in film and television started in 2009 in the Weta Workshop Design Department as a Concept Artist. Transitioning into the rapidly expanding Weta Workshop 3D Department as a Digital Sculptor by 2015 William took on the role of Head of 3D at Weta Workshop. 2017 brought about a change in role to 3D Digital Systems and Technology Manager, involved managing key relationships with software vendors, tertiary education providers and government R&D fund managers. Managing Digital Manufacturing R&D projects in the 3D Department had become an increasing part of the job which led to the role of Senior Digital Manufacturing R&D Specialist in 2019.
